Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Akanksha E-Learning Solutions, we aim to maintain complete transparency regarding refunds and cancellations for our online and offline training programs. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Online Courses

  • A full refund is applicable only if the refund request is made within 48 hours of payment and before course access is provided.
  • No refunds will be issued once login credentials, class links, recorded materials, or course access are shared.
  • No refunds for partial attendance, missed sessions, or change of mind.

2. Offline / Classroom Courses

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the batch start date.
  • No refunds will be provided once the classes have commenced.
  • Seat blocking fees or registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at akankshaelearning@gmail.com with your payment details and registered contact information.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to attend classes
  • Internet or technical issues from the student’s side
  • Violation of course terms or code of conduct
  • Access already granted to course materials
